McLaren's Lando Norris has made a positive start to the Formula One season finale in Abu Dhabi.
The world championship title leader set the quickest time in practice, ahead of title rival Max Verstappen, who was second fastest in the Red Bull.
Oscar Piastri - who could also be crowned champion - sat out the session at Yas Marina.
