Rafa Nadal won't play in the first Grand Slam of 2024.
He's withdrawn from the Australian Open because of an injury picked up during his defeat to Jordan Thompson at the Brisbane International earlier this week.
In a post on social media, Nadal says it's a different issue from the one that saw him miss most of last season and he's remaining positive about having a good final year in the sport.
