Munster will play Leinster in the URC semi final next Saturday after beating Glasgow 14-5 in a last 8 showdown in Scotstoun.
The Blues booked their place in the last 4 after seeing off Sharks 35-5 at the Aviva Stadiu.
Connacht will play Stormers in the other semi final in Cape Town next weekend.
