Former RTE Sports presenter Michael Lyster has died at the age of 71.
The ex Sunday Game host lead the broadcaster's GAA coverage for over three decades.
He retired from hosting in 2018 after first joining RTE in 1979.
The Galway native was also a busy man away from sport, helping to establish the Killererin Community Council as its first secretary.
The council has paid tribute with "deep gratitude for his contribution and the legacy he leaves behind."
Lyster is survived by his wife Anne, sons Mark and Jack and daughters Ellen and Rebecca.
