Meeting called over refereeing errors

English football's chief refereeing officer has called a meeting of Premier League officials for tomorrow - after two big errors over the weekend.

Howard Webb has already spoken to both Arsenal and Brighton after the refereeing body admitted mistakes were made in their games.

V-A-R failed to spot an offside in Brentford's equaliser at Arsenal, and incorrectly ruled out a Brighton goal at Crystal Palace.

Both matches finished 1-all.
