Rory McIlroy begins his bid to win a history making third PGA Tour Championship title this evening.

The Northern Irishman begins the final tournament of the season on four under par, six shots behind the FedEx Cup points leader and world golf number one Scottie Scheffler.

Despite the disadvantage, McIlroy is looking forward to the challenge.
