Kieran McGeeney has been ratified for another season as manager of the Armagh senior footballers.

The 2002 All-Ireland winning captain helped his county to an All Ireland title as manager in 2024 - but they exited this year's championship at the quarter-final stage after losing to Kerry.

It means McGeeney's stint as boss will extend into a 12th season.

There will be a change to his backroom team in 2026, with ex-Kerry star Kieran Donaghy not returning as a selector.
