Mbappe confident he'll be fit for World Cup semi-final

France striker Kylian Mbappe is confident he'll be fit for their World Cup semi-final next week.

He picked up a "minor ankle injury" in last night's 2-nil win over Morocco in Boston but the Real Madrid star says he's "completely fine".

Tonight Spain play Belgium in the second quarter final for the chance to face France in the last-four.

Jorge Jesus has been confirmed as Portugal's new manager.

The former Benfica and Al Nassr head coach replaces Roberto Martinez, who left the role after their last-16 exit to Spain at the World Cup.

It's understood Jesus has signed a contract until the end of the next finals in 2030.
