Matt Sherratt will lead Wales as interim head coach for July's two-Test rugby union tour of Japan.
The Cardiff boss also stepped in for their final three Six Nations matches earlier this year, after Warren Gatland stood down.
He'll be assisted by Harlequins pair Danny Wilson and Adam Jones, along with Gloucester's TR Thomas and former Wales prop Gethin Jenkins.
