The World Number Two begins his Masters campaign alongside Ludvig Aberg and Akshay Bhatia just after 10-past-6 Irish time.
Shane Lowry will be out on course just after McIlroy at around 6.20, playing alongside Bryson DeChambeau and Hideki Matsuyama.
