LIV Golf's application for ranking points to be made available at its events has been rejected.
The Official World Golf Ranking board says it can't "fairly measure" the Saudi-backed league against other tours operating worldwide.
Chairman of the OWGR - Peter Dawson - says the decision is "not political".
