British and Irish Lions prop Kyle Sinckler could miss their decisive third test against South Africa on Saturday.
The England international has been cited for allegedly biting a South African player in the second half of their defeat to the world champions on Saturday.
He's due to appear before a disciplinary committee tomorrow.
