Limerick could be without Cathal O'Neill for the start of the National Hurling League.
The Young Hurler of the Year nominee limped off with a suspected hamstring tear during UL's victory against DCU in last night's Higher Level Division One League final.
O'Neill had scored four points before his withdrawal in the 56th minute as UL ran out comfortable winners by 25 points to 15.
