Lexi Thompson has confirmed she'll retire from professional golf at the end of this season.
The 29-year-old turned professional in 2010 and claimed her only major title in 2014 when she won the Kraft Nabisco Championship.
Thompson is due to play at this week's US Open in Pennsylvania and will speak to the media about her decision later today.
