Defending champions Leinster are in Cape Town to take on the Stormers on the opening night of the United Rugby Championship season.
Leinster have lost on their last two visits to the DHL Stadium, and the Stormers have suffered just one defeat at the venue since April of last year.
Ulster will hope to extend the Dragons' 17 game winless run when the sides meet in Belfast.
