Kevin Potts has been appointed as the new chief executive of the IRFU.
He'll begin work in the role from the 1st of January.
Potts joined the IRFU in 2005 and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2015.

He succeeds Philip Browne, who announced his intention to retire in September.
