Kerry woman named in Ireland squad

Kerry's Muireann Teahan has been named in the Ireland U16 women’s squad for this summer’s FIBA Youth EuroBasket.

The 5 foot 9 guard from Caherciveen makes the final 12 for the event in Turkey.

Ireland, second in the Four Nations tournament in Dublin last month, will next compete in The Dussman Trophy in Luxembourg.
