The Ben Kennedy-ridden Volez Vous followed up on her February course success to take the opening division of the two and a quarter-mile handicap hurdle at Clonmel on Thursday. Trained by in County Wexford by Daryl Deacon, the 9/2 chance led at the second-last hurdle and battled well to get the better of Mark Cahill’s 7/2 favourite Beeverstown Place by a length and a quarter.
