This weekend is the final National Championship of the Pitch & Putt year as the National Scotch Foursomes Championships take place in Collinstown, Co Westmeath on the October Bank Holiday Weekend.
Tralee’s Darren Goodall and Deerpark’s Eileen McCarthy are the defending champions in the Mixed Section as the other Kerry entries include Tralee pairs Tony & Lisa O’Connor along with Alan & Catriona O’Connor along with Deerpark’s Connie O’Sullivan Jnr & Ciara Lowe.
The Non-Mixed Section sees three Kerry pairs meanwhile in Tralee’s Darren Goodall & Gavin Carroll and Deerpark pairs Connie O’Sullivan & Paddy Murphy along with Eileen McCarthy & Ciara Lowe. Play in both sections is over 36 holes.
