Kerry Camogie Joint Captain Jackie Horgan has branded the decision to not allow players wear shorts as 'mad.'

She's expressed her dismay at the Munster Final being called off over the skorts v shorts issue, which will be voted upon at the Camogie Association's special congress on Thursday.
