The Kerry hurlers get their Joe McDonagh Cup campaign underway this weekend. Kerry travel to Kildare with throw-in at 2 o’clock on Saturday in Newbridge.
It will be John Griffin’s first Joe McDonagh Cup match as Kerry manager. Kerry narrowly missed out on promotion from Division 2 after Griffin guided them to three wins and three losses in their league campaign.
Griffin told Radio Kerry’s Tim Moynihan he’s happy with how the team developed throughout the league.
