Kerry and Finn Harps have had appeals against the decision to annul their First Division opening-day fixture rejected.

 

Both sides were adjudged to have fielded ineligible players in Kerry's 2-0 win over the Donegal side on February 14th.

Kerry had been deducted the three points and fined 1-thousand euro by the FAI - the decision has been upheld by the Independent Appeal Committee.

Kerry FC are looking to make it back-to-back victories tomorrow night as they travel to Bray.

 

Last weeks 3-nil win over Athlone lifted Kerry off the bottom of the table to 7 points.

A win tomorrow night could lift Kerry FC to 7th place - to do so, they’ll have to beat an in form Bray side who have won 4 games in a row and sit in 2nd place behind leaders Dundalk.

 

Kick off in Bray is at 7.45 tomorrow night.
