Two Kerry players have been selected on the Ireland U16 women’s squad ahead of their FIBA European Challengers from August 9th-14th.
Jessica Gill and Leah McMahon are both named in a 15 strong panel which will be cut to 12 for the tournament in Slovakia.
Team Kerry’s Gill, who can play at guard or point guard, goes to school in Coláiste Íde.
Point guard McMahon, of the St. Paul’s Killarney club, attends St Brigid’s Presentation.
