Ireland head coach Andy Farrell has revealed that Hugo Keenan may be unavailable for the entire Six Nations campaign.
The full-back was ruled out of last week's defeat to France with a hand injury picked up during their training camp in Portugal.
Ireland continue their campaign with the visit of Italy to the Aviva Stadium tomorrow afternoon.
