Jon Rahm tests positive for Covid 19 as he led The Memorial by 6 shots

A positive Covid-19 test has forced leader Jon Rahm to withdraw from the Memorial Tournament.

The Spaniard shot a third round of 64 to establish a six-shot over the field, but was informed after his round that he had tested positive for the virus.

That means that the lead is now held at Muirfield Village by Collin Morikawa and Patrick Cantlay on 12-under-par.

Shane Lowry is in a tie for tenth at four-under, with Rory McIlroy three shots further back on one-under.
