John Sullivan will take charge of Athlone Town women's team for remainder of the season

John Sullivan will take charge of the Athlone Town women's team for the rest of the season.

He's been put in charge of the Women's National League leaders following the resignation of Colin Fortune at the weekend.

Sullivan's first match at the helm will be tomorrow's Europa Cup opening leg tie against Glasgow City.
