Jobe Bellingham makes switch from Sunderland to Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of Jobe Bellingham from Sunderland.

The German side have initially paid 33-million euro for the teenager - a record transfer fee for the newly promoted Premier League club.

Bellingham will be eligible to play in the upcoming Club World Cup.
