Irish pair Mona McSharry and Niamh Coyne have qualified for this evening's semi-finals of the 100 metres breaststroke at the European Swimming Championships.
Sligo's McSharry finished third in her heat and fifth fastest overall in Rome, with Coyne ranked 11th of the 16 semi-finalists.
