Ireland under-19s survive late scare

The Ireland under-19s survived a late scare to make a winning start to their Euro qualifying group.

QPR striker Sinclair Armstrong scored twice in a 3-2 win over Montenegro.

The former Yugoslav republic, however, scored twice in injury time.

Next up for Tom Mohan’s side is a meeting with Bosnia-Herzegovina on Saturday.
