Republic of Ireland under-19 international Alex Murphy made his first-team debut for Newcastle last night.
He was a second-half substitute in their Diriyah Season Cup win over Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia.
Murphy joined the Magpies from Galway United earlier this year.

Last night's match also featured a Newcastle debut for former Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius.
