Ireland beaten

The Irish women's team endured a narrow defeat to Sri Lanka in their T-20 World Cup warm-up match in South Africa this morning.

Chasing a target of 150, Ireland fell three runs short with a total of 147.

Next up is a meeting with Australia on Wednesday, before their first group match against England next week.
