Iraola, Silva and Alonso said to be on three-man shortlist

It's understood outgoing Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola, Marco Silva and Xabi Alonso are on a three-man shortlist to be the next Chelsea boss.

It's thought initial contact's been made with Iraola's representatives.

Alonso's out of work, while Silva's contract at Fulham's up in two months.

A move's unlikely to happen before this summer.
