Chris Hughton is set to take his first steps in international management with Ghana.
He’s the preferred candidate to take over from Milovan Rajevac, who was sacked this week after a dismal showing at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Ghana finished bottom of their group, with just a single point.

Hughton had been in the running in September when Rajevac was appointed for a second term.
Former Cork City winger Kieran Sadlier has left Rotherham for Bolton.
He’s made just five starts for the League One club this season.
