Hogan Cup glory for Maghera; Thurles take hurling crown

St Patrick's College from Derry are the Hogan Cup champions.

They beat Mayo's St Colman's by 2-8 to four points in their final encounter at Croke Park earlier.

Thurles CBS are hurling's Croke Cup champions after coming from behind to beat Presentation Athenry, 24 points to 2-17 at Croke Park.
