Trainer Nicky Henderson has dropped another hint that Constitution Hill�s next run will be on the flat.
The two-time Champion Hurdle winner has fallen on three of his last four outings, including the Fighting Fifth at Newcastle in late November.
Henderson says they've entered the eight-year-old in the Champion Hurdle, but admitted he's planning for a flat race instead.
