Heat win for Kenmare rower at Under 19 World Championships

Kenmare’s Jonah Kirby and Limericks Jack Rafferty's have finished 1^st in their opening heat at the U19 World rowing championships in Lithuania this afternoon

The pair dominated their race and won by a very impressive 12 seconds.

They are into the semi-finals now which will be at 9.40 or 9.46 on Friday morning depending on the draw.
