Hallgrimsson says he can take positive from last weekends draw into Armenia

Republic of Ireland manager Heimir Hallgrimsson says his players can take some positives from last weekend's 2-all draw against Hungary.

The Boys in Green are in Yerevan for the second of their World Cup qualifying games later, with Armenia providing the opposition from 5pm.

Ireland battled back from 2-nil down after a disappointing opening half on Saturday - and Hallgrimsson says they need to try and replicate that fighting spirit tonight.

Elsewhere, in Group K, England take on Serbia.

And Wales play Canada in an international friendly in Swansea.

The Republic of Ireland under-21s will look to maintain their 100-percent start to qualifying for the 2027 European Championships tonight.

Jim Crawford's side beat Moldova last week and this evening they entertain Andorra at Tallaght Stadium.

Kick off is at half seven
