The GAA are investigating an issue with the scoreboard in Croke Park after yesterday's game.
Confusion emerged when the board showed a 4-21 to 30 point win for Tipp before eventually being corrected by the association.
A Noel McGrath effort was waved wide at a time when Kilkenny were within a goal of their opponents.

The GAA say their CCCC will assess the situation after the referee's report is produced.
