The GAA has issued an apology to Clare GAA following an error in the All-Ireland Final matchday programme.
The Banner County's four All-Ireland hurling victories were missing from the roll of honour in Sunday's programme.
A brief apology statement on the GAA’s website said it was due to 'an error in the editing process'.
