Nichola Fryday has been named as Ireland's captain for the Six Nations.
The 26-year-old will lead the team in Saturday's opener against Wales at the RDS.
Fryday - who plays with the Exeter Chiefs - has 22 Ireland caps since making her debut in 2016.
