France could be without Alldritt against Ireland

France could be without Gregory Alldritt for this weekend's trip to the Aviva Stadium.

French media report that the La Rochelle number eight did not take part in training this afternoon in Marcoussis (pr: Mark-oo-see).

Both sides will reveal their matchday squads on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Connacht have confirmed that Rod Seib as the province's new senior assistant coach ahead of next season.

The Australian moves to Dexcom Stadium from Super Rugby side the Brumbies, and will remain in Galway until the end of the 2025-26 season.

The province revealed that Seib will be in charge of the side's attack, with current coach Mark Sexton leaving for Ulster next season.
