Formula One owner Liberty Media has confirmed a 3-point-5 billion pound takeover of MotoGP's parent company.
The American firm has acquired an 86 percent stake of Dorna.
It's expected to complete its acquisition of the sport by the end of the year - but the deal could attract regulatory scrutiny.
