Former Wales international Barry John has died

Former Wales international Barry John has died, at the age of 79.

The fly-half won three Five Nations titles, a Grand Slam and two Triple Crowns - and helped the Lions to a series win over New Zealand in 1971.

His family say he died peacefully in hospital in Cardiff surrounded by his wife and four children.

He's the second Welsh legend to die in recent weeks following the passing of JPR Williams.
