Former Everton manager Gordon Lee has died at the age of 87.
He was at Goodison Park from 1977 to 1981, leading them to the League Cup final during his time in charge.
Ex-captain Kevin Ratcliffe - who made his debut under Lee - paid tribute, calling him "ahead of his time".
