FIFA planning rules that would see only six loan players allowed at each club per season

FIFA are planning to bring in new rules that would limit the number of loan players a club is allowed to have in a season to six.

If the proposals are approved, all loan moves wouldn't be more than a year long and a written agreement must provide a minimum duration that a player would spend with another club.

Some of the measures could come into force as early as this July.
