Republic of Ireland striker Evan Ferguson could see his loan spell at Roma come to a premature end this January.
Italian media report that the Serie A club are hoping to return Ferguson to his parent club Brighton.
Ferguson has made 14 appearances and scored one goal since arriving in the Italian capital this summer on a loan move.
