Farrell to Name Lions Squad as Doris Doubt Emerges

Less than an hour remains until Andy Farrell announces his British & Irish Lions squad for this summer’s tour to Australia.

Ireland’s Caelan Doris, tipped to be captain, is now in doubt after undergoing a shoulder procedure. England’s Maro Itoje will instead skipper the side.

Tadhg Beirne is the only Munster player widely tipped to be included, with outside chances for Craig Casey, Conor Murray and Jack Crowley.
The full squad will be revealed at 2 o’clock this afternoon.
