Racing 92 say they haven't reached any agreement to sign Owen Farrell from Saracens.
French media reported earlier this afternoon that the 32-year-old was on the brink of signing a deal with the Top 14 club.
But Racing insist no deal has been completed.

Farrell is currently taking a break from international duty with England and won't feature in this year's Six Nations.
