Formula One has announced a new diversity and inclusion charter, which will be supported by Lewis Hamilton's 'Mission 44' charity.
The seven-time world champion set it up in 2021 with the aim of achieving greater representation in the sport.
The charter aims to "remove barriers to attract and retain a rich diversity of people".
