Everton boss Frank Lampard has been fined 30-thousand pounds for comments he made after April's Merseyside derby.
He was highly critical of the officials' performance during their 2-nil Premier League defeat to Liverpool.
Lampard felt his side should have been awarded a penalty in the match - and implied the referee was biased towards their cross-city rivals.
